Charlee, has a friend, who is always helping her find new adventures
This is Justin, he lives a few houses away and Charlee loves seeing him, of course he is always ready to have fun doing . . . something
Here he is giving her, her first dance. 
She just adores him, good thing when she's 16 he'll be 38, and bald with ear hair and a pop belly and 6 kids of his own, so no worries!! ha ha I crack myself up.
