For 13 years West Jordan was home. It is weird that this chapter has come to a close. It has been bitter sweet. We had great friends and neighbors that will be missed. Everything about our lives changed while we lived in that home. As for the why we moved, there are a few reasons but the main reason is, we want to grow our family through another adoption, our current attempts have not worked. We needed more money to go through a private agency. Selling our home is how we are going to do that. Right now we are renting in Draper.
We are so grateful for our excellent Realtor Dawn Perry, who helped us get an offer in 50 days at a fair price. She was amazing and know how to market our home to potential buyers. I think she had 5 open houses and handed out over 1,000 flyers.
